Cajun Batter

Our cajun batter is made with cajun spice, garlic, and spices. This has the perfect amount of heat in every bite. This is a great option to add to your fish or fresh shrimp. 
Toss fish or shrimp in an egg wash with a splash of milk or heavy cream, toss in the flour mixture, repeat, and fry!
