Ingredients

  • Potatoes sliced in to fries

  • Olive oil

  • Davis cajun breading

  • Parmesan (fine grated)

Preparation

Step 1


Slice potatoes in to french fry sized pieces as desired



Step 2


Dip potatoes into olive oil then in Davis cajun breading mix



Step 3


Heat oil in a cast iron pan to 350º or use a deep frier to cook fries to golden brown



Step 4


Remove fries from oil and sprinkle with grated parmesen cheese. Enjoy!!!
