About the Recipe
Two 16oz. pork loins
1.5lb bag Golden baby potatoes (1 or 2 bags)
Veggie of choice
Olive oil (garlic infused olive oil from The Olive Barrel is preferred)
Davis Seasoning® All Purpose seasoning for potatoes
Preferred Davis Seasoning® Lemon Pepper, SPG, Chipotle, Sweet Heat, or Five Seven for pork loins
1 can of Coca-Cola
3tbs apple cider vinegar
Pat dry pork loins and rub down with preferred Davis seasoning - Lemon Pepper, SPG, Chipotle, Sweet Heat, or Five Seven. Allow to marinate for 20 minutes or overnight.
Place pork loins in crock pot. Add 1 can of Coca-Cola and 3 TBS apple cider vinegar. Set on low and allow to cook through the day for 6-8 hours turning half way through.
Preheat oven to 425º
Slice the baby potatoes in half. Place potatoes in a gallon bag with 2-3 TBS olive oil, seal bag and shake to coat potatoes. Spread potatoes out on sheet pan and sprinkle with Davis All Purpose Seasoning.
Bake potatoes at 425º for 25-30 minutes
Prep and cook preferred veggie
Slice pork loins and serve!
