Baby Back Ribs

Sweet Heat OR Chiptole


Brown Sugar



Worcestershire Sauce

Coke or Dr. pepper


  1. Pull membrine off the rack of ribs-trim access fat

  2. Lather ribs with your favorite mustard

  3. Season generously with Sweet Heat or Chiptole

  4. Preheat smoker/pellet grill to 250 degrees

  5. In a spray bottle mix 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce to 1 cup of Coke/Dr. Pepper--spray the ribs every 20-30 minutes while they cook.

  6. Cook for 3 hours or until bones are slightly pulled back

  7. Remove from grill and place in tin foil--sprinkle with about a half cup of brown sugar, drizzle honey on top, and place 4 tbls spoons of butter (cut up) on top of ribs). Wrap back up tightly.

  8. Place back on grill for another 1-2 hours for fall off the bone ribs.
