Baby Back Ribs
Sweet Heat OR Chiptole
Coke or Dr. pepper
Pull membrine off the rack of ribs-trim access fat
Lather ribs with your favorite mustard
Season generously with Sweet Heat or Chiptole
Preheat smoker/pellet grill to 250 degrees
In a spray bottle mix 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce to 1 cup of Coke/Dr. Pepper--spray the ribs every 20-30 minutes while they cook.
Cook for 3 hours or until bones are slightly pulled back
Remove from grill and place in tin foil--sprinkle with about a half cup of brown sugar, drizzle honey on top, and place 4 tbls spoons of butter (cut up) on top of ribs). Wrap back up tightly.
Place back on grill for another 1-2 hours for fall off the bone ribs.
